Have A Plan, Not Just Documents!
We work together with our clients to make sure your wishes are carried out, so although we provide important estate planning documents, we are not just document producers. We care about our clients well-being, and hope our clients to feel the same. I look forward to connecting!
Creating Your Plan
Foundational Documents
Creating your estate plan starts with laying the groundwork with your four foundational documents.
- A Will
- Financial Power Of Attorney
- Medical Power Of Attorney
- A Living Will (also called an Advanced Directive)
Living Trust
If you own any real estate or have assets exceeding $350,000 it is recommended you protect your assets with a living trust. There are several types of trusts we can help you with.
- Irrevocable Trusts and Revocable Trusts
- Special Needs Trusts
- Educational Trusts or Student Fund Trusts
- Asset Protection Trusts
- Pet Trusts
- Real Estate Trusts
Beneficiary’s Deed
You name the beneficiaries that will receive the real estate property upon your death. This can happen fairly quickly after you have passed away by using a beneficiary’s deed if you only have a will, and have not set up a trust.
